I gave this a 4 star rating because the directions are clumsy. You need to refer to 2 sheets and the full color picture on the front of the package in order to proceed. Otherwise I would have given it a 5. Everything is included (2 needles and all the thread and yarn), excluding the frame, which is fine with me.

This was my first time using the site. It was effecient and easy. Will use it regularly. Thank you for the customer service. Seems to be of limited supply these days.
