Love the colors and texture. Tends to fray apart when I try to sew knitted sections together. I'm going to try crocheting on my next pillow.

I have always liked grannies, but avoided them because of all the yarn changes needed to get a great pattern. This yarn solves that problem. The color changes occur over a longer length than other color change yarns and they are an interesting combination. This allows for a more distinct change in the different rounds in the granny. The pictures of the colors do not do it justice, they are more vivid. The texture is more like a cotton yarn so it works up as a lighter texture. Love it!

Its just that the yarn smelled like mold. Like it have been left in storage for 100 years. Musty..like an attic. I cant wash it till I use it to finish my thow and its hard because I am sensitive to that smell

The yarn is everything the reviews I had read said it was. (These reviews are on other sites.) I had to get used to the different texture of this yarn but I crochet with it easily now. The colors are so beautiful, I love the way the color changes occur so gradually. The only thing I don't know about this yarn is how well it will wash.

I waited until there was a sale on this yarn at Overstock. I like shopping at the "O" but waited until I could get a discount there prior to purchasing this yarn--that brought the yarn down to the price I could get locally.
