This kit was my 6 year old grandson's first experience with sewing. He was able to complete the project easily. My major complaint is with the flimsy felt, which is easily torn. Also, my grandson wanted to make this for his newborn brother, but it isn't appropriate for a baby to play with because of the glued-on decorations.

This was an excellent craft for my 3 year old and 7 year old granddaughters. We finished the sewing and stuffing in 2-3 hours. They loved it. I love doing crafts with kids and will order more again.

This is a great first sewing kit. It has everything needed to make 2 cute items and has a plastic needle so no finger pricks. I just got this for my 5 year old niece and she loved it.
