Bazzill A7 Ruby Slipper Envelopes (Pack of 50)

I was using these envelopes to send my wedding announcements, and I had searched everywhere to find red A7 envelopes. I was very relieved and excited to finally find these, and at such a great price, too! When I opened the package, I was so happy to see that the product was exactly what was expected. I did notice that the packs were labeled as packs of 50, but each pack only contained 49 envelopes. That wasn't a huge deal, since I only needed about 85 anyway and I had ordered "100." Immediately after opening my envelopes, I started to stick on my clear Avery (acid-free!!!!!) address labels. Every thing was looking absolutely gorgeous and I was pleased. I called it a night, and went to sleep! The next morning I awoke to devastation. The color had bled out of my envelopes all around the labels, turning the paper a wide range of NEW colors other than red (pink, white, almost gray in some cases.) It looked as though someone had splashed water and/or bleach all over my kitchen table. I would have returned this product right on the spot for a refund had they not been covered in the home addresses of my friends and family. Not to mention, they were almost unrecognizable. These weren't incredibly expensive, so I've chosen to take the hit this experience has costed me but it does disappoint me a great deal. This was my first overstock purchase, and thanks to the bad/heartbreaking taste this has left me with, I predict it will probably be my last. I had to throw these out and start all over with a new product purchased else where. What a shame! Better luck to you!
