service good, prompt, tool is just what I was looking for. I s eay to read the numbers and the quarter inch marking has a ledge which allows me to hug the edge of the paper and cut the fabric 1/4 inch beyond the fold, thus giving accurate seams

This ruler is great for adding 1/4" to your quilting blocks, when you are doing crazy quilting and also in applique. The ruler is very sturdy and strong and is made so you can use your rotary cutter with it. I use it often.

Shortly after placing my order I received a notice that the tracking # could not be located. So I waited to see if my order would arrive. After a week or so I called Customer Service. She was very helpful and within a few days my ruler arrived. Just the day before the class that I needed it for. Something happened to my order at the very start and I never would have received it without the intervention of Customoer Service.
