If you want comfort, order one size larger. I usually have trouble with my bottom being larger than my top. But this was one of those cases where the skirt (or bottom) fit just fine, and it was the top that was almost too small. (or too tight) I wish I had gone up a size. Otherwise, very pretty, and skirt comfortable.
