This top has a unique design -- I've received several compliments on it. It's also versatile enough to wear to work or with a skirt/jeans on the weekends. It's pretty w/o being frou-frou. The sash cinches the waist nicely. It's somewhat less "youthful" in person than it looked on-screen to me. (I got the black; I'm sure the white would be even "older-looking"). You definitely need a tank top or camisole underneath. I also need doublesided tape for the gap in the buttons over my chest, but this happens to me sometimes with button-downs.
