It's like painting rubber on yourself. It's a true muscle shirt. The sleeve is very short, it will constrict your arms from blood. I didn't realize its a body conforming shirt or else I wouldn't have ordered it, but I just wear it under my work out close for winter. I recommend ordering a size higher.

I have worked out in both the underarmour and the gym hardwear clothing and I highly recommend the gym hardwear over the underarmour both in comfort and the way gym hardwear seams to breath better. It washes up excellent as well and the cost is considerably lower.
