This blouse is really very cute by the fit makes it one I can not recommend to another. The elastic in the smocking seems a bit stretched. While I like the option of having an off the shoulder top, it should be an option. This top consistently falls off the shoulder. Based on the size chart I ordered my correct size. I did keep the top but my use is now limited. Can't wear under my suits because the sleeves fall down, making it uncomfortable.
