Coffee Shop Belted Wool Jacket

I have wanted this coat since first saw it and I finally took the plunge. I originally wanted the cream but they ran out of my size so I got the black and it is very cute on.Things to note: I usually wear a small (I am 5'8, 130 lbs and usually wear a size small/4.......my past 2 coats were size 2/ small from AE) and I ordered a medium in this and it fits very well.) I am so glad because the sleeves wouldnt have been long enough so consider that!As others have suggested I will be getting the buttons reinforced at the seamstresses because they are only being held on by a few threads.Thanks overstock :)

This coat for me was LOVE at FIRST sight. I love the low belt and the high collar. First i wanted to get the red one, but then read some reviews stating that it was not a true red - so then i thought i'd get the cream- the cream looks really classy, but i'd rather not have the worry of all the little dirt that would show up like big dirt, so i went with Black, i ordered it on the 16th and it already arrived today (the 18th) none of the buttons are loose, but i'm going to go ahead and sew them all on better (reinforced) any ways. I think the quality is better or as good as other expensive names. I spent one day trying on wool jackets and coats in the department stores (and they were all twice as expensive. But since i couldn't find any that had this chic style, i went ahead and bought this one and i'm not at all regretting my choice. the lining is superb, the wool is thick yet soft. I think it feels like it will be plenty of warmth for the winter months ahead. oh yeah.. and as for size.. I'm 5'6" and wear a 7/8 comfortably.. (with an average bust and broad shoulders) so i went and played it safe, bought the large and i think i would of been fine in a Medium, i have a little extra space, but it still looks hot on me, however, the medium would of probably looked a little more curvy/sexy. but over all i'm extremely happy!! I LOVE this jacket! I wish that they have more colors. I got the red one. And it looks GREAT with Jeans. And this outfit fits TRUE to size. I am a 5'2", 110lbs. And I wears a S or XS. But they only have XS. So I bought the XS. And it looks GREAT on me. I would only fit a thin shirt inside but it's okey for us who lives in CA.

This jacket is super cute - the low slung belt & high collar make the difference between typical & funky cool. For sure order a size larger as the other reviews suggest. As of yet, I haven't had a problem with loose buttons or the buckle breaking. I did need the sleeves let out for some extra length, I'm 5'10" & usually shop only in 'tall' sizes - however I had to have this jacket.

Really runs small . Wearable, but tight. So if you get, get a bigger then usual size.
