These are pretty cool looking shoes that I purchased mainly to "knock around" in. Then totally unexpectedly I had to put them to the test. My elderly neighbor fell into a fast moving stream and I had to wade in after him as he was unable to get to his feet. My Sperry Top Siders didn't slip or slide and I was able to get to him and render assistance, thank you Top Siders.
