Fila Flow Redemption Men's Running Shoes

This shoe runs a smidge long, and is quite narrow. If you have just slightly wide feet ( as I do), this shoe will feel tight across the forefoot. The shoe is definitely light and breathes well. The mid-sole design does provide good cushion upon heelstrike, but will be unstable if you over-pronate at all. This shoe is clearly designed for the neutral runner with a light heel-strike who is looking for a light trainer. I would also not reccomend this shoe for heavier runners. It just won't hold up. If you are the right person this shoe is a good value.

These shoes are comfortable, lightweight, and attractive. That combined with the reasonable price, has made me extremely pleased with this purchase. Previously, I've found it difficult to purchase shoes online because the sizing can be so different across product lines. I ordered my standard size and these shoes ended up being a smidge larger than expected but not large enough that I would have ordered a half size smaller. They are still very comfortable and wearable.
