Really nice jacket ... it has a quilted lining and is much warmer than many leather jackets. Leather is high quality and pliable. A definite good purchase.

I bought this jacket to replace one that was stolen from my boyfriend. This one has the styling and appearance of the Eddie Bauer version taken from him, with a few important detail differences. The leather used in this jacket is definitely cowhide; it is stiff, rough to the touch, and heavy. The neck is stiff like cardboard and would require many seasons of wear before it is broken in and softened. The inner lining is cotton and the quilting is large stitched, giving it a cheap appearance. The hardware appears to be strong and lasting. Overall, I was disappointed by this jacket and I ended up finding an EB replacement on their sale page.
