These shoes are beautiful. They go great with one of the suits I bought lately from Overstock. But I'm not used to wearing pointy shoes. My toes feel a little cramped. What women won't do for style!

The shoes I orderd have an obvious design flaw and therefore the shoes have not been worn out of my house. The strap that fastens at the ankle was not properly desgined to hug the ankle, neither was the back of the shoe which covers the heel.
They slip off my feet when I walk.
I want to send them back, please provide information as to how I would do so, and receive a refund.
