This bag is leather in the sides and the straps; the end pieces and the bottom are a heavy nylon fabric. Both the fabric and the leather match perfectly, though, so you can't tell until you actually see the bag up close. Initially, I wasn't sure I liked the fabric parts but I've decided I do. If you remove the *heavy* luggage logo tag, the bag is very lightweight and easy to carry. Lots of room with several compartments, and the straps are long enough to use over the shoulder if that's what you like. Definitely a good purchase.
