Chinese Laundry Braided Strap Oversize Satchel Bag

This purse is roomy and comfortable over the shoulder. The ideal purse for my vacation to Europe. It looks and feels like a designer purse with an affordable price tag. THANKS!

I purchased the brown bag and it have found that I take it everywhere. It is a very cute bag, however I only had it for about a week and the braided strap came undone on both sides. It was not glued very well. I just used my glue gun to reglue it and have had no problems since, so check this when you first get the bag. Also after having the bag for about 3 weeks, I noticed that the leather piece that holds the strap to the purse started to tear. Because i really like the purse i took it to my shoe repair guy and he said it was cheap leather pieces. He added a durable piece on each side and I have not had any problems since. It did cost me an extra 15bucks for that, which adds to the cost of the purse. Or course the purse is large and so i like to use it as a carry all which could have contributed to this. I have received many compliments on this purse and it is very useful. One last note is if you find that you are putting alot in the purse be careful, I have had to sew the inside lining due to several small holes tearing inside. If you don't mind some of the possible headaches, its a great purse and it is very cute. I did not bother sending it back for the above reasonse since i had it a few weeks.

When I just got the bag, I was so happy. A big bag just like I love them. I used the bag roughly 4 times a week, for about 3 weeks. Yesterday my boyfriend pointed out the strap was detaching from the bag. I was so upset!! The bag did not even last a month. I didn't notice, so if he had not pointed it out to me, I would have worn it out once or twice more, and the strap would have totally detached from the bag - would have been EMBARRASSING, so I am glad I caught that in time. Anyways, I strongly suggest to not buy this product. I loved the way it looked for the price I paid but the bag is not durable and the strap cannot even be sown back to the bag.

This item is perfect for my needs. I am on oxygen therapy and instead of carrying my oxygen tank in its carrier plus a handbag, I use a large tote/satchel type handbag for both instead. I need a bag wide enough (17 inches) to accommodate the tank plus my usual handbag items. I also like the look and feel of the material and have gotten compliments on the handbag. I've purchased one in each color.
