This is a cute, comfy dress. The fabric is very light and flowey (good to wear on those "fat days"!). I would suggest wearing this dress in spring or summer, since it is light. You should know this dress runs large. I had to send my first one back to get the next smaller size. I wear an 8/10 and the medium size fit perfectly. I am 5'4 and the dress hit about 2 inches about the knee - so you could wear it with flats or higher sandals and it would look good. The sleeves are pretty drapey. They are one continuous piece of fabric, but it's pretty. I'm taking this dress on vaction this spring. You could dress it up nicely with jewlery and shoes (or dress it down with minimal jewelry and flats). Overall, it's a pretty, comfy, fun dress!

The color was true-the material was soft. However the dress was extreamly short-not appropriate for evening wear.
The picture is misleading as to length. If you are young and like the babydoll look-this is for you.
