Donna Ricco Women's Floral Crossfront Dress

I spent weeks looking for a dress to wear to a wedding in Long Island that my boyfriend was in. I decided I couldn't go wrong with black and white (apparently a few other people were thinking the same thing, there were at least six of us in black and white of some variety). I was worried because I've never bought a dress online before, but was very pleased. The dress is comfortable, a little stretchy (which I don't think the description says) and very flattering. At first it was doing this strange fabric gathering thing around the butt, but when I put it on the day of the wedding it was perfect (maybe heels are the key). The dress is lovely, with a little sheen and the fabric looks thick and heavy (it's substantial but not as thick as it looks) The neckline is pretty low cut but the dress is so well constructed that it was still classy. The dress also has a v-neck back that cuts just about where the shoulder blades meet, and it looks very pretty. The dress has some useful features--the sleeves are set slightly wider than where a bra strap would naturally lay. On the inside of the shoulder strap is a little strap with a button that you can put around your bra straps to hold it in place. I didn't find that I needed it, but what a neat idea nonetheless. The chest area of the dress is fully lined with black fabric making it possible to wear whatever bra you want. It would be nice if the rest of the dress was similarly lined, because a dark panty would definitely show. The dress was delivered wraped tight in a plastic mailing envelope and just had a plastic garment bag around it, but when I got it there were no wrinkles and I didn't need to steam/iron it before I wore it (and that's after it traveled in my suitcase from Minneapolis to New York). This was overall a very positive experience. This was my first time ordering from Overstock.com and I will definitely do so again.
