Becky & Max Women's Front Tie Shirtdress

I bought this dress intending to be able to wear it to work. However, the fabric is much thinner than it appears. The dress buttons all the way up, but there is able 4 inches on the bottom that are not closed and this leave too much of a gap for the legs. The button are far apart and you can see into the dress when you sit down. The tie around the waist does not lay flat and to tie the dress in the front leave too much gathered around the waist (it just wasn't flattering).

I'm sorry to be the sour grape here but this dress made me feel like I was wearing a diner waitress uniform. I think this cut would be cuter in a more fluid jersey type fabric. With that said, the coral color is as vibrant as it appears on my screen and the fabric does feel nice enough even if it is a little too stiff for my liking. Agree with the reviewers below that the top is snug; I felt like the buttons were going to pop off at any moment because it was too tight across my chest. Consider sizing up if you are larger on top. This one's going back.

Well...I love everything about this dress except I found it to be a bit snug and next time would order a size larger...other than that it's a very nice looking dress and perfect for a casual summer look. Washes nice and only wrinkles slightly.

I ordered this dress in a size 6 in the coral color. The color is true to the picture and the dress fits perfectly (I am not large in the chest but I do have full hips and a small waist-if you are chesty you should probably order a size up). I was complimented numerous times today when I wore it. I think it looks better tied in the back and it really nips the waist in nicely, with plenty of fabric to make a nice sized bow. You do have to iron the dress but it is an easy job-the wrinkles come out quickly. The fabric is light but not too thin-you can't 'see through' it. I also love the fact that the buttons are covered with a little panel of fabric. I wish it came in a few other colors; it would be nice to have the same cut in blue!
