Well I travel a lot, looked at this as an alternative for the metal cases by zero.
Nice case, suits needs for a carry on big time. Fantastic out of the box.
No strap to add the lap top case, hence the 4.
It is plastic, it is durable, but it scratches fairly easy, too easy and looks pretty hard already, but nothing inside has been broken.
I have several metal zero cases and find them quite durable and far more scratch resistant.
Considering it is half the price of metal I can live with it and rate it above average, but it is NOT a zero metal case.
