I visited retail stores and searched on-line on several occasions, deciding what was important to me. It was my first laptop case purchase. My best review is that the case met or exceeded every one of my expectations on appearance, utility, and value. I will say this is a relatively "heavy" case compared to others I viewed but weight was not a concern for me.
