Women's Soft Brim Cotton Sun Hat
Pleasantly surprised to find a sun hat that is light weight, and gives full coverage of face, ears, and back of neck. Hat folds small enough to fit in pants pocket yet shakes out ready-to-wear. Construction is of top quality grosgrain ribbon stitched to form the brim and crown of hat. At first hat felt too snug, but once on head, the hat construction eased and the crown felt much more comfortable. I usually shun sun hats but this one is stylish and gives me the shade I now need and at a very reasonable price.

- How accurate was the sizing? A little snug on first wearing; ribbon construction eases a bit on repreated wearings

great beach hat
I bought two of these for a recent beach trip. They certainly did the job I'd bought them for. The brim was broad enough to keep my face shaded. The material was light enough so that my head didn't heat up. And they both looked stylish on. in addition, they packed well and retained their shape, in spite of the beating they were subjected to. Initially, I planned to toss them following the trip, but they are both ready for the next trip we take! Good buy!

very nice, but expected white....I recieved the white with black stitching...never disappointed with this site, but perhaps descriptions should be reviewed for accuracy.

Super wrinkled, fell apart in wash
I was excited to purchase this hat, based on all the positive reviews, but when I received it in the mail, it had been folded down about 7-8 times to fit in an unpadded, soft plastic envelope. Needless to say, the hat was unwearably wrinkled, so I tried washing it in a delicate cycle (per the care instructions online) to see if that would revive it. Not only did the hat come out equally wrinkled, but a clear plastic "wire" that had been tucked into the brim of the hat also started poking out. I'll be investing in a better-quality hat! Also, the hat pictured online looks golden, whereas the hat I received was truly brown.

my daughter had a straw hat that she loved that was a gift. It was purched from Avon. She said she would love one in black. Avon was out of stock and it did not come in black anyway. as usual overstock came to the rescue and i purchased a black one and she loved it.

Women's soft brim cotton hat
This hat is perfect for lying out by the pool etc. It can be folded up and easily molded. It stays on well. My only concern and I have not seen this addressed in the reviews is there is a warning sticker inside that says it contains lead. Being all cotton I am wondering if this sticker was placed by accident or if in fact the hat actually contains lead. This does concern me.

Beach Hat
The hat is very poorly made. The seam of the brim is crooked all around the hat. Fortunately, you can only notice up close. Hat is soft and easy to pack also recaptures shape easily. Very snug fit is good in windy beach/boating weather. Since product is inexpensive, it's worth the money.

Great for sailing!
I did a lot of online scouting to determine what to wear on board a Caribbean sailing vacation. This hat is very snug, and it stayed put even while sailing! I wore it my entire vacation - in the water, shopping, dining, and it looked good with everything. Plus I got lots of compliments after I posted photos of myself wearing it on facebook!
