I ordered the boots for my daughter as a gift and they arrived on time. When I opened the box the smell of plastic and chemicals was so bad that I placed them outside to air out for 2 days. The odor was lessened but still strong enough to leave a smell.

These are very cute boots, comfortable too. I wore them shopping and didn't have any foot fatigue. If you like to add your own insole I'd advise going up half a size. these tend to run slightly narrow, was fine for me as I tend to have a more narrow rather than the average medium foot.
