It's very soft, has not faded, and is actually much prettier than the picture. It will show a bit of cleavage, but some working with the straps or a pin would help.

I agree with the other reviewer- I originally bought this dress thinking that it would be just a daytime dress, but it is easily jazzed up for the evening with the perfect accessories. The fabric is super soft and washes easily and doesn't lose vibrancy of color in the dryer. Love it!
