This skirt is so cute! It is lined and has a nice weight to it.As the other review says...it sits a little below the belly button-really flattering.It does seem to run a bit small....I am a 2 usually and a medium in this fits me perfectly. Lucky I guess since they were all out of smalls anyway.

sits on the waist for a high waist look.....Fits true to size.
