My 9 year old loves this coat. She hates the puffy looks that have been popular for the past few years so was happy to see a traditional Pea coat. The hood is an added bonus and the scarf is very cute. The sleeves were a little long, but that is okay as we just gave them a quick roll. She loves long sleeves so I am sure it bothered me more than it bothered her. The fit is generous so she does not feel "squashed". Overall a good value for the money.

This coat looks great, but when my daughter put it on it simply looks way too big for her. Very unfortunate. True to size? Well, if you have a big 11 year, yeah, a size 12 would fit, but an average sized kid would be floating in the coat. The waist line and under the arms is too wide. Oh well, another online purchase that didn't meet my needs.

My daughter wanted a black pea coat very much. We looked around and they were so expensive for as quickly as she grows out of everything. I was so happy to have found it on overstock.com. When it came in I was quickly put at ease. The quality was just as good as some we looked at over $110 and she was thrilled with the scarf that came along. She is waiting for the cold weather to set in so she can finally wear it. As a mom on a tight budget this was a true blessing to make my little girls wish happen. I have been telling my friends about it and sharing the news.

I ordered this coat as the weather was turning colder. My daughter had outgrown last year's coat, and the only coats available locally had glittery butterflies, pink and purple colors, etc. I wanted a nice, plain coat that would look good with her school uniform and other clothing, regardless of the color. This coat is perfect! It fits well (she wears an 8) and arrived at my house in 2 days, in a nice box, on a hanger, with no creases or folds in it. I am very pleased with the coat. I wish it also came in navy blue! She has received numerous compliments on it. I would definitely recommend this coat for people who like simplicity and good value for your dollar.

This coat was very cute. Fit true to size. My granddaughter could not wait to wear it , anf wore it home. She is five and said it is comfy. I was only disppointed because it did not have a matching pouch as indicated int he description. I plan to ask about that. Otherwise, it is great it has quilting inside that adds to warmth as well.
