i really liked this dress! when i first got it, i thought "whoa" because the design is so busy. but when i got it on, it fit great (very stretchy and comfy) and looked really fun! the only thing i did not like was that the straps are not adjustable (i sent mine to my tailer to shorten the straps) and the black ribbon around the bust is cheap looking and ugly. good thing is, you can remove the ribbon and cut off the little loops of black string that helps the ribbon stay in place. once you take it off, the dress looks way better. i don't recommend the dress for girls who are pear shaped or otherwise bottom-heavy, the pattern on the dress is not nice to generous curves. but if you are on the skinny/built like a stick/not much definition in the waist type girl, this makes you look curvier! its a pretty good quality dress for something that is made of only man-made materials! i bet the dress has the potential to outlive us all! WARNING: the dress has the itchiest, most horrible tag on the back. please please take it to your tailer to remove the tag. DON'T DO IT YOURSELF. the tag was stitched into the garment in such a way that once you snip the thread holding it in place, you've messed up the seam. then you'll have to take it to the tailor anyhow to get it fixed. save yourself the hassle and just have a professional do it. i learned this the hard way.

I bought two of these coctail dress's and the fit is just great my daughter has one and she loves it. She said her fit was also just fine the quality of the dress is great and the dress is very comfortable. The material makes the dress hang just right this is the second dress I have gotten through overstock and both have been very nice.

I loved the dress so much, I couldnt' keep it to myself. I gave it my girlfriend for Christmas. It was big hit and a great value!

i made a great purchase, i was suprise by the fit. Im really happy i bought this dress. it suited the occasion i attend. I was given so many compliments, and i felt like a diva for the night. the style of dress fit my body type and i am happy with this dress.

I bought this dress to ring in the New Year! It was a HIT! I looked great and received so many compliments. I wore a pair of pewter heels that I also bought on overstock.com and some red accessories. No one had this dress at the gala I attended. GREAT value, great dress...and the belt woked well! I am definitely thrilled with my purchase.

The fit of this dress was great. I dressed it up with red accessories/shoes. I received a ton of compliments on the dress!! If you buy it you will not be sorry.

Agree with others that ribbon belt is cheap. Used another black belt. Nice dress.

After reading other reviews, I was a little concerned about the sash everyone was talking about. I was pleasantly surprised that the sash looked adorable with the dress and never fell down (others complained sash wouldn't stay up). Fun, sassy dress is definitely an eye-catcher. The only complaint I have is it gapped around the bust area.... This dress is not for small busted women (unless you wear a super padded bra!).

It fits perfect and easy to accessorize! It's super easy to dress it up or wear it casual.

I bought this dress for my 15 year old daughter to wear for her winter dance at school and boy did she look great! everyone loved her dress and it was very different than the others - definately a great buy! and you can accessorize it with many different colors. The only thing we didnt like was the ribbon/belt kept falling down so I had to tack it onto the dress but that wasn't a big problem.

The price made this an easy purchase, the style made it an easy wear. The adjustable shoulder straps and bodice ribbon gave this dress a custom appearance and fit. The ribbon was a slick material, but a few pins later, the problem was solved.

Awesome dress. Fit great. Liked everything about this dress. Especially the price. I ordered the same dress in the leopard print and look forward to getting that one too. Can be as casual or as dressy as you want it to be. I would recommed this dress to everyone.

Although I wear size 8, this dress did not fit comfortably around the middle because the waist is rusched. The dress is designed for someone with a very narrow waist. I'll work out and lose a few inches so that I can order it again. Hopefully, next time it will fit. The quality of the dress and overall fit are great!

After reading the other reviews before I made my purchase I felt pretty confident that I would like this dress and I was right. Overall the fit is pretty true to your normal size and the fabric is comfortable. I agree that the black ribbon belt isn't the best quality but you can either go without it or any type of black cloth belt would work. Overall if you are looking for a dress that is a little different but not too crazy (as some animal print can be)this one is perfect especially for the price!

This is one of those dresses, that you can dress up or just wear casual. It is precious.

I loved the dress, the material is nice and flowing, very comfortable. Everyone said it looked great on me and asked where I had purchased the dress. I would recommend this dress to everyone, good for daytime or evening, depending on how much you dress it up.
