This is the first clothing item I have ordered from overstock since I am normally not happy with mail or internet order clothes. I was very happily surprised by the quality and style of the dress. I wear a size 8 normally, but wish I would have ordered a 6 since it is a bit big. I will take it in on the sides when I take it to have it shortened. Since I am only 5'1" I expected it to be too long, but this is usual for me and not a problem. The material is very silky and soft and would be great for summertime wear or could easily be worn for evenings out. The empire waist does not make me look pregnant like so many of the other ones out there now. I bought it to go out to clubs and dance or for a date and it will work very well for this. It is dressy without being too dressy, so you feel overdressed.

I bought this dress to wear on an upcoming cruise but, I wore it to an outdoor wedding two weeks ago and received rave reviews!

This is a great little dress with a casual design. The satin fabric dresses it up.

Very comfortable, it feels like a nightgown (kind of looks like one too). Forget about wearing a normal, even a normal strapless, bra with it. The only problem I had was with the stitching. It kind of shows, and after wearing it once there was ripping along one of the seams. That can be easily fixed, but it could have been made better in the first place.

I bought this dress to go to my boyfriend's sister's wedding.. Where I would meet ALL of his family, so, I had to look really nice.. Plus, he was a groom's man and wearing a tux, I had to look nicer than normal to not look grungy next to him. anyway, so, I loved this dress. I got soo many compliments on it and I really loved it. I probably should have ordered the size smaller, but it was fine. It looked great, it was super comfortable and was classy and pretty! It was nice to dance in too, its a nice length also. I wore this with red peek toe heels and a red braclet, and I was set to go. :)

I do like this dress, but didn't pay attention when I ordered to the fabric. It is very "happening" right now, but I feel like I'm wearing a nightgown. Having said that, I do get compliments on it.

I usually wear a large dress and can vary a bit, but this fit generously in a size twelve. It's a very cute dress--has that pin-up feel and can be dressed up or down, just be aware, you'll need some sort of invisi-bra since the cups are totally thin.

I was very dissappointed with this product. The material was thin and of poor quality. I had hoped to wear this to a semi formal event; when the product arrived and I tried it on the dress fit but was so poorly constructed (especially around the chest) that it hung strangely and looked rather inappropriate. I had such high hopes for this dress but was let down in the end.

I bought this dress for my daughter to attend a summer wedding. It fit her perfectly and was very flattering. It arrived on a hanger in a plastic bag and she was able to wear it immediately. She received many compliments and told everyone where she found it. It can be very casual or dressed up with the right accessories. She shops frequently at trendy boutiques and told me this dress was one of her favorites, at a fraction of the cost she sometimes pays for stylish clothes.

I had been searching for a couple of summer dresses to take with me on vacation, and I came across this beauty. I was a bit apprehensive about the fit, but as others have stated it is actually true to size, I am a size 8 and the dress fit perfectly. You can not go wrong with this one, the quality was actually better than what I anticipated.

I loved this dress the way it fit and felt... It was true to size and went very well with the plans I had. You can wear this to a casual occasion or a more formal one. It will suit either function.

I purchased this dress for a bridal shower. I love the feel and look of this dress. It is very light and airy, perfect summer dress. I found it is not true to size. I usually wear a size 10 dress and bought this in an 8 and I probably could've wore the 6. It felt too loose for me in the halter part of this dress. I was very aware of the feel and was always pulling it up in the back. I will wear this dress again as long as I do not loose any weight.

I don't normally do this review thing, but this dress compelled me! I read the previous reviews on this dress and followed advice. The dress does run one size big. I have a body that seems impossible to fit and range in sizes from 8 to 14 depending. I ordered the dress in a 10, and it is perfect. I don't often feel confident in clothing but this dress hides my belly and hips flawlessly and I feel great! The dress is made of beautiful material. I also took the previous advice of pairing it with red heels and a pair of red hoop earrings and it made for a great effect. Dressed up or down you will love this dress!

I love this dress. It does run a little big. I am 5'8" and normally an 8. It is a little big, but the length is perfect. This dress is comfy, flattering and very versatile.

this dress fits and looks great. The satiny finish is soft, and feels great to wear, very comfortable. although, I'm not particularily fond of the empire waist.

I was expecting the dress to look nicer. You can see through it...you must have a slip or you can see everything in the sunlight. I was expecting more.

I love this dress, it's very comfortable, fits perfect . You can dress it up or down deepending on the occasion . The only downfall would be that it has to be dry clean .
