Good Quality
I ordered the grey with black sleves. iit's ok, wish I sould have bought the black b/c it is very good quality, but I think the black lace looks a little ackward on the grey, but I will wear it b/c it's a nice quality feeling shirt and it's different. If I had the black I'd give it 5 stars.

Flattering shirt
This is a fun shirt to wear with jeans, or a nice pair of slacks to the office (I purchases the black with black sleeves). It's very comfortable and soft. The drape in front has a bib so, it's not revealing, but very flattering to the neckline.
