I bought this dress for a semi-formal wedding. I got several compliments on it. It is very flattering with the empire waist and very forgiving to figure flaws through the mid scection. I'm very tall and the length of the dress was still perfect. Also nice, is the fact that you tie it to your liking around the neck so you can make your own adjustments. The light padding on top makes a bra unnecessary which is great since the back is pretty low. My only complaints are that the fabric seemed a little too cottony and the back seemed to keep slipping down so maybe keep that in mind when deciding a size. If your in the middle , I'd go with the smaller size.

The dress is very well made, I would just suggest ordering one size smaller than you would normally order. I was very pleased otherwise.
