fabric is too heavy for cut
I bought two of these and sent them both back. The ruffles were so heavy they pulled the front out of shape, so the shoulder seams sagged 3-4 inches in front of where they should have been and the neckline was out of whack. Unfortunate because I did like the style and fabric.
