Not White At All - And Came Stained in the Bag!
I thought this was a nice coat online but very disappointed that it was packed in a clear plastic bag and obviously had stains on it I could see through the bag when I opened the box. Plus the color is not white at all- it's a darker bone color. Very disappointed. I didn't even take it out of the box and try it on to see if it fit-- back it goes! I am a long-time O customer and this was an unusual purchase experience for me. O, check your fulfillment people on this one-- I would have never shipped a coat in that condition to a customer! Thanks.
- How did the color on site compare with the actual product? The color is not white, it was a darker bone color, not even winter white.
- Please tell us about the quality of the product. The coat arrived with stains on it in the bag. I never even took it out of the bag because of the stains.
- How accurate was the sizing? Didn't try on. Left in bag and sending back. Color wrong and stains obviously on garment when opened box.

Good product, looks nice and feels great. i would recommend it to others and have gotten compliments when wearing. I like the white color and faux fur collar around hood is nice.

Cute and Warm
I was happily surprised that the hood can be removed! The coat arrived fast and as usual I'm very pleased with my O product.

- How accurate was the sizing? I wear a small in tops, some petite small, and the Small in this fit great. I will wear a long sleeve top or light weight sweater with it.

Great Jacket!
Overall a great jacket especially for the price! I ordered white, which it most definitely is not, it's more of a beige, no big deal, but if you are wanting a crisp white jacket, then this isn't for you. I ordered the medium, but could definitely have used the small, it's quite roomy, but will be great for layering a sweater underneath. The sleeves are nice and long too, which is something I usually have a problem with. It's lightweight, but feels warm. Nice large hood with fuzzy fake fur. The hood is detachable and the collar comes up nice and high, so it would still be cozy without the hood. I've already washed it and it held up really well. Roomy pockets and zipper/snap closures. Inside there is a drawstring to cinch in the waist to make it more fitted looking which makes all the difference, since I found the sizing to run a little large. My only complaint is that the lining is very thin, you can almost see right through it, but for the price and the fact that it's on the inside I'm fine with it. 4 stars because of the lining, otherwise great jacket for milder temperature climates. Nice stylish jacket for an awesome price!
