This is a very nice suit. I purchased a size 10 and although the jacket was true to size (I am 5' 5"), the pants ran small in the hip area. I had to purchase a size 12 for the pants to fit, but then the size 12 jacket looks like I am swimmng in it. I have other skirt suits from Tahari, and both the jacket and the skirt has always fitted me. I would recommend the suit, but if you have larger hips, you may want to go with a larger size and maybe have the jacket taken in by a tailor, if needed.
Tahari has excellent products for professional women. This particular suit has good detail, and the jacket is true to size. The issue I always have with Tahari is that the pants have a tendency to run larger, and are certainly long enough for someone tall (I'm 5'8"). Great investment for professional settings.
