My husband and I are going on vacation at a Polynesian inspired resort. I wanted something for him to match my floral swimsuit. It was very difficult finding these kinds of colors on a male swim trunk. His waist is 30" and he is 5'10" - I got a medium because then the suit can fit slightly loser (and he prefers that).
