I purhased this dress because it was red and it was simple enough for me to wear for a house party. I must say the dress is well made. The straps are a little too long but I can fix that. However, the dress was worth the price. By the way it is not lined at the bottom but the material is thick enough so it does not make a difference.

BEAUTIFUL, Beautiful dress! I am 5'3" 145lbs & ordered a sz 10. Perfect fit! The straps do slip down off the shoulders a little too easily, so I'm wondering if that's part of the style, off shoulder maybe? hmmm... Well the fabric is a gorgeous, deep, rich crimson red! I love it! It is a classic red dress! I love the feel of the fabric--very soft/luxurious. I am so happy overstock made such an expensive, quality dress available at such an affordable price! Thank you, "O"! I do not regret this purchase in ANY way! I can't wait to find a reason to wear this dress out & be envied by all who see! lol! DEFINITELY snag this beauty up before they're sold out! LOVE IT!

I ordered the size 12, and it fits true to size. As other reviewers have noted, the material is very nice. My only complaint is with the straps, which fall off of me. I'll need to get it altered, but that is pretty minor considering the price.

I always read reviews to help me make decisions about a purchase- and HAD to leave one after receiving this BEAUTIFUL dress! Not only is the fabric deep red and lucious, but it is also heavy and expensive looking. I had more compliments from this dress than anything I've worn in recent months. The best part was the lining, length and pretty bow on the shoulder. The only negative I experienced was the zipper seemed a little hard to get up and down. Fantastic value and well made. Believe me, you need this dress!

This dress is beautiful, the color is amazing and the cut is very flattering even for someone like me with some problem spots. I did feel it runs a little large, I got a 6 but the 4 probably would have been a little better. Nothing I can't fix though. Totally worth the money and the fabric is just what I had hoped for
