Recent Customer Reviews in Suits

  • Nice suit, light and comfortable.

    Feb 10, 2013

Nice, light suit. The color is not quite what appears in the picture. It is more of a brown color than taupe.

    • How did the color on site compare with the actual product? The color was a little more brown that what appeared on here. I would say it is more of a brown than taupe color.
    • Please tell us about the quality of the product. The quality is fine for the price.
    • How accurate was the sizing? Accurate.

Nice suit, light, but given the fact you have to use a lint brush every 2 minutes, I will not be repurchasing.

    • How did the color on site compare with the actual product? Suit was a little less dark than pictured on here, but overall okay.
    • Please tell us about the quality of the product. It's a comfortable suit, but it is messy and attracts every piece of dust and lint you can imagine. It is a major pain in the butt.
    • How accurate was the sizing? Accurate.
  • Nice suit but attraacts lint like crazy

I bought this suit for my husband, and while it is a nice and light suit and he says it is comfortable, it attracts lint like nobody's business. It is a major pain in the but, as my husband is a minister and needs to look nice but constantly has people pointing out cat hairs and lint when he wears this suit. I would not buy it again.

    • How did the color on site compare with the actual product? The color is not the same...it is a much darker blue.
    • Please tell us about the quality of the product. Nice and light but attracts tons of lint and hair. Major pain. Must be rolled with a lint brush constantly.
    • How accurate was the sizing? Accurate size.

I wear suit 42R and waist 34 with 34 inseam. I've been trying to buy suit off the website with no success as i can't find this combination. When i see 42R the corresponding waist is 36 which is 2ins too big for me. What can i do to get my actual size?

its called a drop, the difference in inches between the chest and waist, you're looking at fairly conservative drops made for people that have less of a V shape. Look for slimmer suits and they will have a better drop. You can tailor 2 inches though...

You have to take it to a local talior and have it fitted. Find someone who knows how to work on suits, not everyone does.

I recently bought a suit at a discount but found it to be too small, if I send it back can I get the same suit 2 sizes bigger for the same discounted price?

Hello randydonahue, If you wanted the same item and it is available we could see about sending it as a replacement. Please send your order number to social@overstock.com.

You'll have to buy "suit separates". Standard suits have a 6-inch "drop" (difference between chest and waist sizes), and some slim fit suits have a 7-inch drop. You could always buy one with a 7-inch drop and get a tailor to take in the waist, but it's not that hard to find separates.
