toledo38s from Toledo, Ohio, Rating:5.0Well pleased with suit. Cannot find any defects or poor tailoring. I am short & slim and the suit jacket is a perfect fitter. The trouser waist is a true 32 and the trouser legs are cut slim with a good taper. Will order another of a different color if available.

allen30308 from Atlanta, GA, Rating:5.0This is a unique suit with a edgy style to it. Stripes are nicely aligned throughout the suit. Really nice detail stitch work and accents on the garment. Cloth is a lighter weight and breathes nicely. Great blend of classic style with a twist.

mickeyjo from Ocean Springs, MS, Rating:5.0This suit is absolutely stunning. Cut is more athletic rather than European taper -- fits perfectly. Will buy more when size available. Took it to a tailor and he even admired the quality & cut. Only complaint is finding the size I need in stock (58L)

mickeyjo from Ocean Springs, MS, Rating:5.0This suit was absolutely stunning. Unfortunately, the sleeve cut was more European with a taper from shoulder to wrist which resulted in our returning the suit. Wish it came in a more athletic form. Would buy it plus other color selections in a heartbeat if it had a larger sleeve cut.

I wear suit 42R and waist 34 with 34 inseam. I've been trying to buy suit off the website with no success as i can't find this combination. When i see 42R the corresponding waist is 36 which is 2ins too big for me. What can i do to get my actual size?
its called a drop, the difference in inches between the chest and waist, you're looking at fairly conservative drops made for people that have less of a V shape. Look for slimmer suits and they will have a better drop. You can tailor 2 inches though...
You have to take it to a local talior and have it fitted. Find someone who knows how to work on suits, not everyone does.
I recently bought a suit at a discount but found it to be too small, if I send it back can I get the same suit 2 sizes bigger for the same discounted price?
Hello randydonahue, If you wanted the same item and it is available we could see about sending it as a replacement. Please send your order number to social@overstock.com.
You'll have to buy "suit separates". Standard suits have a 6-inch "drop" (difference between chest and waist sizes), and some slim fit suits have a 7-inch drop. You could always buy one with a 7-inch drop and get a tailor to take in the waist, but it's not that hard to find separates.
1)My measurements are: Height:168cm Neck-15.5 inches Chest-39 inches Sleeve-32 inches Waist-33 inches With my measurements what should be the right size for me? 2)Can anyone clarify what does the alphabet behind the number represents? E.g 40S/34, 42R/36, 40L/34 Thanks in advance
Hello benasd95, Thank you for your post. The S stands for small, the R is for regular and the L is for long. Was there a specific suit that you were interested in purchasing?
Yeah. I'm interested in Ferrecci Men's White Six-button Suit. what are the measurements for S,R and L? Thanks in advance.
Hello benasd95, We actually have a sizing guide in the product description area. This should help you with sizing and so forth! Please let us know if you have any other questions or concerns! Happy Tuesday!
