Beautiful color
I bought this to wear with a brown and gray striped sweater, I also bought and am pleased with from Overstock. The dress is perfect for me, the cowl neck is lovely and the fabric does not cling. It ran big through the hips on me (that's a good thing) but belted it's perfect. I used Overstock's Agate belt as well and it's cute. I also wear it with brown boots I got at Overstock as well. That being said, the dress does have some odd shoulder pads. I can remove those if I want , but I found they gave shape to the sweater I wore over it, so they worked for me. Great price, beautiful color, and I've gotten lots of compliments on the outfit all from Overstock!

Nice Dress - Prettier Blue than the photo
Cute dress - never tried this style before. Would recommend a body shaper if you are at all concious about bumps and bulges. I expected a dark Navy but I do prefer the actual color of this dress. Not so stuffy as navy.

Weird shoulders
This was a cute dress, EXCEPT the fact that it had gigantic shoulder pads. That plus the cap sleeves made my arms look huge. The fabric is also a little funny. The cowl itself is a sweater material, but the dress is sort of synthetic feeling--it reminded me a little of a wet suit. Anyway, I sent this back.
