My daughter loves the jacket. It's just what she wanted. I was, however, extremely disappointed in how it arrived. The jacket was packed just in a brown box. Not in a plastic bag within the box and no packing slip in the box or in one of those plastic envelopes attached to the box. It was left on my front step in a rainstorm. Luckily we were home and took the package in immediately and the cardboard did not soak through.

I bought this jacket for my daughter and she loves it. I got a brown one from a department store but she will only wear this one. It is comfortable with the hood on or off. The arms stay in place so they don't come down over her hands when she is riding her bike or scooter. The hat fits over her helmet but when she doesnt have it on it sits comfortably on her back. We love it.
