when they say smug, they mean smug. It's kind of tight around the bust and not in a good way. The top half of the back of the shirt is made of chifron... is that what it's called? Well its kind of elastic and is pretty tight. The rest of the shirt is fine. It's cute but if I had tried it on at a store, I probably would not have bought it unless it was on sale.
