Order one size larger than you would normally wear otherwise you'll have to remove the inserts! Otherwise, these slippers are exceptionally durable and comfortable!

These slippers are amazing. you can take the memory foam insert out if u need to wash the shell. you may want to order a half size bigger. I ordered a size 12, and when i take he memory foam insert out it fits perfect.but with it in its a little tight, although over time they stretch to fit better

I bought these for my boyfriend as a spontaneous gift. He slipped them on and immediately loved them! They molded to his feet with little break-in time. Now he won't take them off.I listened to the prior reviews and ordered 1 size up. He normally wears a size 9-wide, and a size 10 fit him perfectly. The gray color was nice- it's a medium shade, not too light or dark. I'd buy these again!

I bought these as gift to my brother in Chicago. The wooden floor tends to get really cold in the winter in Chicago but he said with these, his feet are really warm. Overall, I think these are good slippers.

My rating for these would be closer to three and a half stars, but we don't have that option. You definitely need to order one full size up .. maybe two if you plan on wearing thick socks with them. Also .. note the that heel is raised about a half inch above the toe .. so initially you feel like you're walking downhill. Once you get used to that (doesn't take very long) .. they are quite comfortable.

The memory foam slippers I received are very nice-----they have a tongue like appendage that can be folded down on the body of the slipper or folded up to cover more of the top of the slipper. They are not the most attractive slipper in either mode, but are quite comfortable. There are no instructions with the slippers, but I soon found out that when inserting your feet in them, make sure the toes are as far in as possible, or you will feel an elevation in the heel area, and a feeling of insecurity when you walk. This is completely gone when you insert your feet in completely. I would also recommend that you order a size 1/2 or 1 size larger than your shoe size. Otherwise the slippers will be too small.For those who are looking for a "pillow top" slipper, I would recommend them, but as I said before,they are not the most attractive design in the world. I am very satisfied with the slippers that I bought. I wear a 9 1/2 shoe and ordered a size 10 slipper which was perfect

I got these shoes with no expectation whatsoever and they have been a blessing to me. I recently went back to work after having foot surgery. After standing all day at work I come home having my slippers ready to change in and they help my tired and swollen feet. Thank you.

They are a good slipper. But they do fit much better without the inster.
