twinkle toes do not shine
I bought these for a christmas present and was a little disappointed that they DO NOT LIGHT UP. My daughter will still wear them (7 yrs) I think I was more disappointed then her. If that doesn't bother you then go for it. Good price.

Boots were very cheap looking for $XX bucks... I was very disappointed in the quality....Usually I'm very happy with what I purchase from Overstock! Not this time...Thumbs down.. :-(
