CHEAP NOT CHIC
THIS BLOUSE WAS MADE FROM THE CHEAPEST MATERIAL I HAVE SEEN IN A LONG TIME. THE FABRIC, THOUGH BLACK WAS TOTALLY TRANSPARENT WHEN WORN. THE APPLIQUES LOOKED CHEAP AND WERE MADE FROM PLASTIC. AWFUL. THE SEAMS AT THE NECKLINE WERE FRAYED AND FUZZY FROM POOR FINISHING. I PAID $37 FOR THIS FLEA MARKET TRASH? NO WAY. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME. ITS PAINFULLY CLEAR THIS ITEM WAS MADE IN CHINA BUT PRICED AS USA.
