Slough Boots
This is a classic example of "getting what you pay for". I couldn't believe the price for a pair of boots so I ordered them. They looked cute, the fit comfortable, but the SMELL! I had to return them.
- How did the color on site compare with the actual product? Color was correct
- Please tell us about the quality of the product. Terrible. They smelled very badly of chemicals. I couldn't tolerate it so sent them back with no problem.
- How accurate was the sizing? They felt OK.

Great slippers!
Great, cute slippers. Not the rubber sole that I was expecting, but now that I have worn them in a little bit they are more flexible. Sole is more like a flip flop material, not rubber.

- Please tell us about the quality of the product. good, soft inside, but the sole is not rubber so it's a bit stiff until you break them in

Slouch Boots
When I received these boots they had a really bad odor. It may have been from the plastic packaging but I had to return them for another pair. Overstock was great about it. They sent me a free return label and shipped out a new pair promptly. I rec'd the new pair within a week. This pair had no odor at all ! Very cute stylist boot. Love them !!
- How did the color on site compare with the actual product? The gray color was exactly as shown on the website.
- Please tell us about the quality of the product. Quality fits the price I paid for them.
- How accurate was the sizing? I sometimes wear a 7 1/2 in boots and they were a bit bigger than I expected.

I've been looking for great knee-high faux leather boots, I am about to order them from here, but am gambling on the size 8. I have three other pairs of suede boots in a size 8, but different brands. If I need to return for an 8.5, will there be no problem? What about fees? Thanks!

We cover the return shipping if there are any problems with the item like damage.

Trying to figure out if I want to buy thick socks and try to make it work or return them. They're always Out Of Stock. Just got them today and when I tried them I couldn't believe how awesome they felt. I love them...
Posted 01/01/11 03:09 PMTo be honest, I love the style and comfort of UGG boots, or knockoffs. I have a pair in black. They are so super comfy and fun to wear, that I don't mind if they don't look stunningly gorgeous (still, I like the way they look enough that I want another pair, possibly in gray, LOL!) Since leather boots can't really be worn all year round, I tend to not want to buy those, athough I do think they might look better on, I don't think they are as comfy as uggs. Just my opinion, anyway.....

Oh well I am used to not finding my size in all kinds of clothing and shoes. If you ever were to get this size in this style boot and especially the taupe, please let me know so I may purchase them!
