  The sizes are about one size too small. I usually wear a 7.5 to an 8 and this bootie runs tight. I would need the 8.5 for a comfortable fit.

  These boots would be great to wear in the rain as an alternative to rubber. They would also be good for you if you have large calves.The material has a very strong unpleasant odor that might wear off after airing out but I had to return because of the shaft.

  In other reviews there was an issue of a chemical odor and it is true. There is an odor that smells like a spay that that I used to protect my Uggs from water and other stains.
