great style, but poor workmanship

The shirt looked like just what a teenager would want. When I put it into a box to wrap for Christmas, I noticed that a shoulder seam had not been sewn properly . Because the shoulder and sleeve were not properly connected, there was a hole. Hopefully the recipient or her mother can repair it . . . . The bargain price was for poor quality.
