I usually wear the size S in juniors, but this blouse runs large (even accounting for the style of the item), and I would suggest ordering one size down if you are slim. The fabric is a light, crinkly polyester blend. Although it is soft and very comfortable, it does seem a little young/cheap in terms of the fabric weight and color. It's a decent casual blouse for a young girl, but I wouldn't suggest it for anyone older than 18.
