I really like these as running shoes because it has very good arch support which gives me a really good bounce and balance. I find it true-to-size and width. I also like that it looks feminine with its silver and pink coloring. I am very pleased with this pair of shoes. This is my first Saucony pair.

Saucony Women's 'ProGrid Guide 4' Technical Running Shoes Are really great. The size is very accurate. I wear a brace on that fits into all of my shoes and this one fit perfectly! I know I will be buying from O.com again

I wanted cushion running shoes. These fit the bill. I have been using the thick soled sketchers. I am currently happily using these shoes. Would recommend. Lighter and more fashionable. Nice to run in.

I have been running in the Saucony Progrid Guides for the past 2 years; recreational running as well as training for and completing 1 half marathon. I have had injuries/set backs from running in improper shoes in years past but none since I have been wearing the Progrid Guide 3-4's. I sampled the Cohesions and after just walking around in my house in them, found that they were not for me. I love these shoes and at this price, I should stock up for the next couple of years!

I previously pruchased this same exact shoe in the green trim and was very disappointed that within 3-4 wears, the inner mesh lining had worn out with my sock fully visible. This one with the pink trim however, was exactly the same as what I had purchased in a high end specialty running store. I dont understand the variation in quality between the different trims, but I will stick with this color from now. After a week of marathon training so far, this shoe is holding up quite well. I won't make the mistake of jazzing it up with different colors anymore.

These shoes are just what I was hoping for. They have a good cushiony feel when I walk. They seem well made like they'll hold up for a while. Actually I don't walk as much as I should so they'll probably hold up a very long while! I would buy these again.

This shoe is the most comfortable running shoe I own ! The price was great too.

The size itself is true, but these are extremely narrow. I don't have wide feet but these cut off circulation within a few minutes. They were also recommended for high arches which I have and they did not support arches more than most athletic shoes. Very disappointed!

Love it, love it. This sneaker is so comfortable, words cannot describe. When I walk, I can feel an in flow of fresh air and this is very good for me because I tend to sweat a lot in my feet. This in flow of air mechanism will keep my feet dry; thus no smelly embarrassing feet. I did not relalize that my brother has one and he love it as much as I do and we both gloat together. I would recommend this sneakekr to everyone, especially if you suffer from embarrassing foot odor.

I had these shoes before from some place else where I paid almost twice as much. These are for running, but since I can't run any more, they make super cushioned walking shoe. The liner comes out of course to accommodate an orthotic.
