I have the same problem with the zipper. I usually wear 8 or 10. I got this dress hoping an 8 would fit me and it was too large. I got it tailor and now its fine but keep that in mind when buying.

Beautiful dress, great lines. Did have an issue with the zipper getting stuck though. Overall great dress
