This is a great dress for both work and casual. I'm average height (5'6") and it is a little too long to wear with flats, but it looks great with heels. It's very flattering.
I wish I had seen this clearer in the photo before ordering it. The skirt doesn't flare at the waist which is what I was expecting. It flares at the top of the thighs which is not the most flattering style. I was expecting a more 50's look.
